Questions before we start.
Who does ZWAKA Glass manufacture glass components for?
We manufacture components for furniture and shopfitting manufacturers, interior design, construction, electronics and smart home applications. We also produce display cases and specialist components to individual designs.
What glass components can I order?
Our range includes shelves, fronts, cabinets, tabletops, mirrors, display cases, covers and device panels. Geometry, holes, cut-outs and finishing follow the drawings and intended application.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Include dimensions, glass type or intended visual effect, quantity, application, installation method and requested delivery date. Send any available technical drawings or photos with your enquiry.
Can we start with a prototype or small batch?
Yes. We support product development and manufacture prototypes and small batches. For display case projects, checks can include edge fit and the interaction between UV printing and LED lighting.
Can glass be coloured or printed with company artwork?
Yes. We paint full surfaces or selected areas using RAL and NCS colour palettes and offer direct UV printing for logos, markings, decoration and masking areas.
Can packaging be adapted to the order?
Yes. We agree packaging and component labelling to suit the customer's logistics requirements, product and subsequent use.
