Application and scope

Sized for the cabinet and hardware

We manufacture to the cabinet, frame, hinge or sliding system specified in your drawings. Holes, cut-outs and edge preparation take account of handles, fixings and the way the glass is installed.

Visible edges and surface design

Grinding and polishing are selected for the edge visibility and assembly method. Full or partial painting to RAL or NCS and UV printing can be specified to match the product or brand identity.

Approval before repeat orders

A first component can be prepared to assess fit and appearance before further batches. Dimensional checks, packaging and labels are agreed for the manufacturer's repeat production orders.
