Glass fabrication and processing

We combine cutting, edge finishing, drilling, printing and further processing to produce components ready for your product. The drawing defines the material, sequence and scope of work.

Application and scope

Cutting and geometry

Our production range includes glass cutting, laminated glass cutting, CNC edge and contour processing, holes and cut-outs, waterjet cutting and glass bending. We select the operations after reviewing material, thickness, shape, tolerances and quantity.

Edges and surfaces

Grinding, polishing and bevelling prepare visible and functional edges. UV printing, full or partial painting to RAL or NCS, and sandblasting provide decoration, markings or masking areas. Ceramics and sintered slabs can also be sized and edge-finished, including 45° mitres.

Further processing and assembly

Toughening and heat strengthening, lamination and UV bonding form part of the production range. These processes are selected to suit the component geometry and intended application. UV-bonded glass assemblies can include display cases and countertop glass enclosures with 90° or 45° joints.

The complete component, reviewed together

A project can require several technologies. We assess their sequence before manufacturing, then agree the finish, inspection, packaging and the transition from prototype to repeat batches. For a service without a separate detail page in this language, name the operation in your enquiry.

Before we start

What information should I include?

Send the drawing, material and thickness, required processing, tolerances, quantity and requested date. Specify visible surfaces, edges and any assembly interfaces.

Can the project begin with a first component?

A prototype or trial batch can be agreed where the project requires it. The scope and the conditions for subsequent production are confirmed before manufacture.

Your next step

What to send for a quotation
