Application and scope

Glass, stone, metals and plastics

The range includes glass, laminated and protective glass, porcelain stoneware, sintered slabs and natural stone such as granite, marble, sandstone and slate. Metals include stainless steel, aluminium, copper and brass; plastics include acrylic, polycarbonate, PTFE, rubber and PVC. Feasibility depends on the actual material and drawing.

Customer-supplied materials

ZWAKA Glass sells glass from its own range. Cutting, grinding and machining holes in other materials are carried out on material supplied by the customer. State the material specification, available sheet dimensions and thickness in your enquiry.

Cutting and subsequent edge work

DXF, DWG or PDF drawings provide the starting point for reviewing the outline and openings. Waterjet cutting and 45° edge finishing are separate operations. If both are required, show the finished edge and the full processing scope in the documentation.
