Application and scope

Geometry defined by function

A custom component may include straight edges, radii and internal openings in one part. We review how it fits the cabinet, frame or functional panel and which dimensions are essential to the intended assembly.

A coordinated processing sequence

Cutting, contour processing, drilling and edge finishing are planned together. CNC or waterjet is selected according to the material and geometry. Feasibility and the order of operations are reviewed for the specific drawing.

Prototype and repeat production

The project can start with a first part or trial batch. Once the solution is approved, its drawing revision and processing requirements provide a reference for further batches.

Before we start

What information should I include?

Provide the full component outline, internal geometry, thickness, quantity, relevant tolerances and installation context. Identify any unresolved design points.

Can the project begin with a first component?

A prototype or trial batch can be agreed where the project requires it. The scope and the conditions for subsequent production are confirmed before manufacture.
