Application and scope

Sized parts and installation openings

We cut tiles and large-format materials to the project dimensions. The scope includes openings for electrical boxes, sanitary fittings and linear drains, as well as step elements, skirtings and mosaic pieces made from customer-supplied material.

45° edges for corner joints

Mitred edges can be prepared for corners in worktops, cladding and fitted structures. The joint geometry and material thickness are reviewed before processing so the parts can be prepared for the intended assembly.

Waterjet and supplied material

Waterjet cutting can be used to cut material to size and produce holes and non-standard contours. ZWAKA Glass sells glass; other materials are supplied by the customer for processing. DXF, DWG and PDF files are assessed for feasibility before the scope is agreed.
